Installation problem

Hi, I just got my Pentax K-7 but my comps having trouble running the included software(vista system) Every time I try to run it I get a ODBCCP32.DLL is not installed on the system, though it is in System32. So I tried reinstalling it and that didn't work, downloading an update, and downloaded the .DLL and selected in this select data source window. But none of it worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?
