i actually agree with you. Because me personally, i know i intentionally hacked this photo. However if i brought it down to the sidewalk art festival. And someone bought this and they considered it art. i would no longer be sure myself.Couldn't tell you. My take would be no.
how about price?Hey, all "art" is "art" in some way, but there is a scale to it.
I think some art has to be "sold", as in; the "artist" has to attempt to convince people that his product is worthy of admiration, and indeed some people will take that testimony as "proof" that the art is worthy.

i sense the sarcasm. But this is where no one really knows. That is what is strange. i mean, you can cc and knock stuff on here all you want. But in the end, when it comes to it, it comes down to if someone is willing to put down money on it to buy it doesn't it? Like those paintings i mentioned above. A art critic could have cc'd them to death. But it really doesn't matter. They were sold and are hung up now with lights going over them.Let us know when it "sells"....mmmkay????
