Is It Sunny, Or Is It Rainy

In this case, it was both...first day we've had at least the semblance of a sunshiny day in over two weeks...in fact, since June 1, we've only had 11 non-rain days. Where I live, we are 220% above last year's rain total and there are still four months left.
