what should I do to improve it more?
thanks

Good enough for what? How do you feel about it?

I think you need to work on the sky a little more, get the blues showing more. Even bump up the contrast a tad bit. Just my 2 cents!

Well, as you admitted yourself: the light did not "come out to play" so you had to make do with what was given, and what WAS given is just a bit "Meh!", so your photo cannot be a whole lot more than that. I like how you "smoothed" the water with the helf of the shutter speed.
But - the light is not the best, as you realised even while you were out there. That shows...

Let's see... The framing is very good, the scenery and the composition are intriguing, your choice of a slow shutter worked to get the water "soft". The light was not very good, which you already knew. So... Keep on coming back to this spot until everything lines up, and then you'll have your killer shot. Don't know what direction you were facing, but this could also be great at dusk or even at night with illumination from a full moon. You've got a great location, work it to get your shot!

Image is fun to play with at least... it is a nice shot... just needs better light and PP.

I like the image. It looks futuristic with tha ¿ufo? in the background

Completely agree with LaFoto's summation, as the light really hurt more then helped. Your sky really needed more PP editing to bring out the clouds and richen the colors. CGibson1's edit took your photo to the next level. If you come away with the why and how to, then the photo was a success, and another step up in your learning curve.

Agree with all of the above. I really like the composition, especially how you framed the forground, but the light wasn not helping you. Maybe try the same shot an hour earlier, whether the light is actually "golden" or not. A lot can be done in post, with a shot like this, as cgipson1 demonstrated with some practice.

I liked your image; the calmness is really inspiring

Oh that is not a UFO "That is what they tell us" hehehe. It is an incense burner, but on a massive scale!
