There's some pretty serious haloing around the bicycle, and the verticals of the railing, which is mildly distracting/

I question your choice to bring up the boat and the dock in the foreground. One the one hand you do get a nice sweep of dark to light gradation upper left to lower right. On the other hand, the building at the end of the pier seems more important, or at least as important, and it is pushed down into darkness in favor of the potentially less interesting boat.
