An interesting object to photograph, but I'm thinking that straight-on was not the most interesting angle of view.
I wish I could offer more detail or direction - perhaps I'm just wrong
. Regardless, the composition just leaves me a bit flat.
I think it's cropped too close. Maybe that's part of it. Maybe that's all of it ...
