It wont let me upload photos

I tried uploading some photos to be critiqued... And it said you do not have access to this page. Your account may have been disabled or may be pending approval from the administrator. They are MY Photos. I am sure you will see they were taken by an amateur once you see them. But without some criticism I will not improve as fast I don't believe.

Anybody have any advice?
