Jack Sparrow is my HERO. So I wanna make this good. Thing is, it was kinda rainy (this was at the rennaissance fair in Tuxedo, New York). So tell me how to improve the coloring most of all, and anything else you can think of.

Does your camera have a white balance function that you could set for days like this? This photo and your Jousting photo look like the color has been washed out because of the lighting sitution. Setting the white balance well dramatically help with this. Also can your camera accept any type of on camera filter?

As far as what you can do know try hue/saturation if you have PS and bring up the colors and play with the contrast.
