Just havin fun

so i bought a cheap promaster trigger for my 5d and my kid was cool with hangin around for a minute. i used a 420 EX in my kitchen on a tripod bounced off the rear wall, i really have no experience with off camera flash but im having fun learning.

I like that image; well captured! While you've not asked for C&C, I will offer some unsolicited suggestions: Watch for reflections in the glasses and adjust your light source slightly to compensate (or use a CPOL), and I think this would be MUCh better if it were a full waist-up portrait. Regardless, it's a good shot!

Hey thanks! and thanks for the input. It was really kind of a spontaneous thing and honestly I didn't know I could blow out the background with just a flash like that. To give you an idea of how cluttered it was lol here's a good example. you cant really see the dry erase board on the back wall but its got crap all over it too
