From my back door this evening as the sun set across the fen. All at 1/25 iso 400, starting at f16 and finishing at f3.5

Holy cow, a GIGANTIC TREE grew up there in just half an hour! That must have been alarming.

It's the black Fen soil and a bit of Growmore. The last of the leaves down in the weekend storm.

I quite like these, by the way. I approve of letting the trees go black, and you found a good place to stand, and what else is there to photography, eh?

Still black trees this morning looking South at the early light with the flag on the cathedral at half mast for Mandela.
