Kaleidoscope Effect?

I follow this actor on instagram and I was wondering how she got these kaleidoscope effects. They look like external effects to me, like some kind of glass or mirror she found.

How are kaleidoscope effects generally done? A famous one that comes to mind is the album cover for Pink Floyd's The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn.
