Kilgore Falls - Maryland's 2nd Highest

Part of Rocks State Park, abut 30 miles N/N/E of Baltimore. A short hike off the paved road, it's a favorite for local kids, dogs and picnic'ers. Unfortunately I was there right in the middle of the day, so I had some bright harsh light that I tried to minimize with a .4 ND. Varying amounts of luck.
