This is a Killdeer. Close to a little ring however the orange around the eye and head banding is Killdeer.

I stand corrected. Thank you very many much, Trevor!

You refer to the head banding… yes, this is clearly observable but I'll
remember the "KILLDEER" (thanks again) by the collars (not 1 but 2!)
easily noticeable from afar. It also shares the orange around the eye.
