Killer Lens Deal?

I've been looking for other prices on the Canon EF-S 17-85 IS lens, and found this online

hundreds less than anywhere else... am I missing something? Is this a cardboard duplicate of the lens? It says brand new.... just curious what other people thought,

Wow, thought it looked too good to be true, just hadn't found the evidence yet... thanks for the nudge back to B/H. I buy most things there, just trying to stretch my dollar. Those testimonial stories sound horrible!!!

You could also try Adorama. They've usually got some pretty good deals and from time to time offer used stuff. Also, KEH.com has a good amount of used gear at less challenging prices than new. I've used both companies and are very happy with both.
