Another shot with my 10-22mm at a local church.

Love the early morning sun - golden hour! Nice framing, leading lines. The spell is kinda broken by the lightpole to the right of the church. Low perspective brings us close and the wide-angle view puts us "there", Love the green and the texture created by the low light. I might consider adding a little bit more sky above the church so that the cross and spire don't tickle the top of the frame.

Thanks mate. I had thought of cloning out the pole but it was actually quite nice up close though from this distance it does look more like a mad CCTV post. I'll get on that over the next couple of days.

I agree about the top of the frame, but to me the pole is just there and part of the scene, unless you wanted to make this look timeless, without any clues that it is a contemporary shot. If that was your intent, then the headstone on the left, which is much more recent than the others, would have to go as well.

Thanks Ken, I'm not too fussed about taking out all traces of the modern world in this shot as it would be too much work I think. Plus there's an old part of the graveyard that would make a much better foreground for that kind of shot.
