People worry (rightly) about the Amazon rainforest but it is not the only threatened habitat in South America.
In Brazil Atlantic forest has been more damaged than the Amazon (only 15% remains)

In Colombia the cloud forests have been badly damaged as well as have the wetlands.
Here are some photos from a remaining wetland which is protected
Possibly a Mealybug destroyer (Cryptolaemus montrouzieri) larva, or a Coccinellidae (Coleopteran), Valle de Cauca, Colombia
