This is a very nice image. Two things to consider: 1) the horizon line is the middle of the image. Not always the best place for it - rules of thirds and all that. 2) the sun is almost right in the middle of the image. This is not a place where I would have put it, but it is your image. Personally, I would have placed it a little off centre to the right or left depending on how much of the dock I wanted to include.
