Landscape once a Cityscape...

First of all I didn't take the shot, but rather found it on the net. I do know the setting, as it is only about 10 blocks from my studios. To explain the story behind it, this is the center of a city of over 50,000 population. (Joplin, MO) We are memorializing our 3rd anniversary from the worst tornado in modern recorded history. This F5 tornado leveled an area of approx 1/2 mile wide by 12 miles long through the center of Joplin. (3 Billion dollars damage, conservatively, because it is in a conservative area) This is all that stands in this area, and a local artist culture, decided to make some lemonade with the lemons that they had been dealt, and celebrated by a rainbow a few days ago. If I find the shooter (most likely a cell phone), I will give their credits.
