Great photo. Skin tone and color look natural. I really like your exposure/lighting, good detail in both the highlights and shadows. I wish I could get those same results.

Lovely.
perhaps rotated a bit.
It seems to work to use a high pass filter and then mask out everything but the lips eyes and eyebrows.
Thus she keeps lovely skin but the aforementioned parts look sharp

if there's any criticism it would be the colour balance being slightly greenish and her deadpan expression.
if you wanted to capture that empty haunting and tinge of sadness then you did it right.
