. This is a gregarious non parasitic cuckoo that is seen in groups in Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and North Eastern Argentina

They were very charismatic birds - I have to confess until I saw a squirrel cuckoo in Colombia a couple of years ago - I didn't that there are non parasitic cuckoos! (These are another one).
