Yes, that open source freeware that everyone says doesn't do anything.

















I don't know if it's included in the out-of-the-box download, or whether I added it somewhere along the line, but it's Filters > Light and Shadow > Drop Shadow. I rewrote the script to default to the parameters I use for posting online images. I also created a keyboard shortcut for it.









Yes, even GIMP, that open source freeware that everyone says doesn't do anything, can designate keyboard shortcuts.
