Hi is anyone aware if an LCD screen TV is a calibrated monitor?

I'm just wondering cause I know my laptop is not calibrated and my images' wb and contrast look different when seen in laptop but when I try to connect the laptop to the tv as a monitor I can barely recognize if the image is heavy in contrast, very warm or very cold.

Nothng is calibrated until you calibrate. You need calibration software/hardware. Spyder, Pantone, X-rite, are a few of them out there. TV's are not meant for editing at all, they lack the resolution needed, bigger pixels, usually are much brighter than a monitor (bad for the eyes, and editing), refresh rates, contrast ratio.
