If it was my shot and I could do so without losing fingers and toes I'd straighten it so the balustrade behind is level as that's the main horizontal line... But maybe I'm just OCD?

I agree, it looks like the angle, not that the camera wasn't straight. I think it might have been better if she was on hands & knees or some other position because this is a bit of an awkward looking pose... but it looks like she's about to go mouth first into that cake any minute! It is a cute picture and caught a fun moment.
