Went down to Lettuce Lake Park for the first time and took these shots. Please let me know how you like them. ENJOY!

That is some very nice work there - Very sharp and clear eyes on the wildlife!
The only one with something that screams out to me as wrong is the first heron (I think its a heron or a stalk) and I think you already know what went wrong with this one.
Lighting, sharpness, focus and depth of field seem to be well under control in all the shots - I would say that composition is a little central overall so I reckon you are using auto focus all the time.

Out of interst what camera kit were you using to take these shots
(ps - for future really helps to post teh camera model and any lenses used as well in the post with the shots ;))
 
For all images Canon 40D
For the 2 birds: Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS
For the rest: Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS
 
Central is a good word from Overread.

Also, mind your crops with the animals.

Very sharp images.
