The first ... no. Out of focus all over.
The second ... no. Too dark ... or too much that is dark in the foreground.

But the third... I like that one!

I agree with Corinna, the first one belongs in the recycle bin and the second one is slightly too dark.

You have a winner with number 3, however.

Yep, another vote for the third one. I like the curved sweep of the water, the lone gull on the shore, the silhouetted pier pilings, the great colours, and the beautiful reflection of the sky's colours in the retreating waters.
