Very good; really liked it
Suggestion: he should better be facing the light than having an inclined angle of look; further his right hand looks dwarfened due to a click at a wrong instance i feel
Any way, it has much to be appreciated in this image; keeping it B&W is one of them

thanks for your critique,i feel the right hand is directing the viewer to look at the light coming! also this was a candid shot! not posed one so cant complain,

also his inclined look feels like he is looking at the viewer and showing him the light coming through,this what I feel

Also the headroom can be reduced a little but it really looks great for a candid shot.
