Right click, save image as... If you have PS it was basically image adjust highlight & shadow, duplicate layer, noise reduce, blend sharp areas back with erasure , subtle tweak on saturation. I had to recapture the orange light in the window too.

That storm lost a lot of power by the time it got to San Diego.
