Lightroom 4 help?

I recently acquired lightroom 4 and I have gone through a few tutorials, looked up tips, played around in the program and I already love it. I was wondering if anybody could link me to some really good tutorials or share some tips and techniques they have with me as I learn to edit better

I think you'd be better off if you acquired a good book on Lightroom, and read it cover to cover. Or take a class etc.
Learning something like a complex bit of software via 'tips & tricks'....really isn't the best way to go.

Taking a class and getting books are two things I want to do for sure. I was just looking for some tutorial type stuff to get me started

In addtion, Scott Kelby's LR4 book is really good step by step for LR4.

Open Lightroom. Press the F1 key on your computer keyboard. (or click on Help > Lightroom Help)
