Thanks Derrel. It took quite some time for this to work for me; I took it back in May and it's been on the back burner ever since. Presenting what is obviously someone else's work (the poster) in such a way that the photo becomes and remains yours isn't always very easy. I think the emphasis on lines and space was key in this.

Glad you enjoyed the diagonal line. It's only a very small element but very effective, I feel.

Fred, I find your reply to be very eloquently stated, and quite in line with my own beliefs about this type of a photograph. I think the way you handled the shot is a splendid example of a work that is your own, you own "take" on a modern type of advertising that we see all the time now. You took a rather mundane advertisement, and elevated it by placing it into a larger context, and yet, the so-called context is a generality, a vague "anywhere". It's a nice use of the camera eye!
