Just my artistic opinions:

Lacks contrast, both photographic and artistic, and is rather flat. Lack of focus doesn't really add or say anything, it just looks out of focus. The "perfect" symmetry of the "X" is broken by the different curve radius of the bends, but again this doesn't really say anything. Image is reverse bracketed (brackets to quadrants that go to infinity) but no use was made of that.
