Good news everyone!
I'm back from my trip to Germany and everything went awesome!
My group got to do a cultural exchange at the schools in Frankfurt/Oder and help out the Christian Churches both in Bonn and Frankfurt/Oder.
As you can imagine I took a LOT of pictures(almost 240 photos) I used film instead of digital because I had no way to re-charge my digital camera's battery over there. Even more good news... out of all the pictures I took only two of them were bloopers. :mrgreen: (and I didn't even take the two bloopers) :lmao:
You might just think I'm getting good or something... :greenpbl:

Anyways... Since I don't have much time I only scanned four pictures I took over there. These are of some friends that came over with me. (there were 25 of us)

This is my youth pastor and his wife.

That was taken in Poland.

This is one of my beautiful friends.

That was taken in the Burg Eltz(sp?) Castle.

This is a picture of one of my crazy friends... (he is crazy btw)

That one was taken on the side of the Autobahn. :mrgreen:

I thought this was a pretty good one of Daniel on the Train.

That's all for now...
I have to get all these photos sorted... all 250 of them... :meh:

I will post more when I have time.

Yippieh, the LittleMan is back! (Well he was actually much nearer to me when he was not around - on TPF, that is - since he was in my country. We still did not have a chance to meet, too bad, sob-sob. But I just did not have the time to "just so" go on a five-to-six-hour car journey down to Bonn to meet him).

Too bad to hear that you will be busy next week. If only you could sort out more photos and post them! I wonder how much of Bonn I would recognise (I read English and Linguistics in Bonn University between 1978 and 1980...)?

I like that portrait of your "crazy friend" in the train, with all that green as background!!!

I used my Canon Rebel 2000(film) with my Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens

Welcome back Littleman, great to hear from you, and I'd love to hear how God blessed your trip over there and used you and your friends! I'm lookin' for a trip this year, last year was Costa Rica and God totally blessed and grew us!


So onto the photos, they look awesome! I love #3 and 4 of your friend, they look great. Man I feel like I missed out on something, I hope you had a great time!

Spelling is right.

And the Burg Eltz is the most fairy-tale looking castle of all of Germany, I should say. All corners and turrets and everything, isn't it? Can't wait to see some more of your over 200 photos!)
