Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
We were at the re-enactment weekend at the castle of "Haarzuilens" near Utrecht (NL) this sunday.
It was great fun. Here are some of the photos.

1 The door to the castle.

2 He was not too happy to get photographed. So I gave him my ear-to-ear-grin which brought a little smile on his face. So he didn't seem to mind after all. That always works somehow...

9 Note the 3th Reich marks on the bottles.

10 This guy had a good sense of humor. He talked and looked like he dressed in a suit and tie during the week.

these are so much fun, i like them.

*bump* :)

Looks like a fun event. Do you gather every year like this?

A small question. That's supposed to be a viking in photo #10, non?

That person in Photo 10 looks Roman to me.
So there seem to be all sorts of historical events put together in this one reenactment show?
Interesting!
I really like the scene you captured in Photo 7, all "clean", i.e. devoid of anything modern, like the spectatores in 3. Nicely captured. A peaceful scene.
But I also really like "The Stare" that you got from this one "soldier" who was at first unwilling to get his photo taken (but honestly: if you decide to play a role in a public reenactment scene, would you not have to be PREPARED to be having your photo taken by the spectators?!?!?).
