Overall the HDR looks well. That's a tough image to balance the contrast range.

It's ashame that white/orange cone is sticking up in the air. Maybe it can be cloned out.

Not bad I would try to remove some of that yellow orange hue to the photo and work on the sky a little. Also could use some sharpening.
