    I like the b&w conversion here. I think that the crop is a good one too. It gives the viewer something to see...ie where the birder is going rather than where he has been. And it's nice and sharp and the shadows aren't too harsh. Nice job!

    Yes, nice work, especially the shallow DOF to separate him from the busy background.
