Oddly vacant, decaying spot that shuttered during the pandemic lockdowns and never reopened on a regular basis. Suspect owners don't quite know what to do with it--sell, renovate, reopen as is? Sadly, COVID flattened so many comfy "old shoe" places my street shooter crew and I adored. Close to a fave dive bar, the ever-lovely and oh-so-seedy "Communist's Daughter." Many getting pushed aside by money and a scene I dislike.

There's a shop in the street where I live that pulled its shutters down during the pandemic and they have stayed shut ever since
