the water is too dark, you have to do some post work to correct shadows/lights

Well, the flash makes the water darker than it actually is, but it brings out the flower's colors much better. By the way, what do you mean by the title gopal?

Very nice. The dark water brings out the flower colors nicely and yet the water is just bright enough to allow the leaves to be visible enough to help give the shot balance. Nice job.

thanks 512, SlySniper, Dagwood 56, for ur comments...yes..it is a night shot with flash, when i was coming out of a hotel...the colours are original, and making of the flower is different from other lotus flowers with less petals,....so my title....
dear 512, i posted as it is, as i shot, because i liked the only two flowers to be seen...and their fine placement...thanks again for ur interest.
