The light on the left of the first image balances out the picture nicely, imo. I like the light to dark in the image as well. Very pleasing images and good use of a ND filter. That said the second image lacks the dynamism of the first and the black object in the water casts a shadow that touches the frame, I find that distracting.

i dont like how the bridge just cuts through all the buildings on the first picture, the buildings are supposed to be the main focus but now your turning the bridge into the main focus
