Low budget filter set

Hi!
I'm looking to buy few filters...
i'd like to have a CPL filter, GND filter and ND filter
the only problem is my budget-i can't spend more than 100$
So is it possible to get 3 new filters that won't degrade the IQ with a budget of 100 bucks?
Im going to get the filters on EBAY

I'd suggest that any filter is going to degrade you IQ, one way or another. That's just what happens when you stick something in front of your lens.

Try Hoya (brand name). They aren't top notch, but I'd guess that they have better quality than some no-name brand.

Seriously... if you want to drive a Ferrari, you're gonna have to spend the money for a Ferrari. You can't budget just enough for a Kia and expect to go 180mph.
