I think I have to disagree. Here are my thoughts.

First of all, do what pleases you. If this is what you like, then knock yourself out.

I think you tend to be a bit heavy handed with post processing, for my taste anyway. This shot seems to be processed using some mix of "detail extractor" and "glamour glow" in Nik Color Efex. The result makes the image seem unnatural, underexposed, and flat.

The composition is tough. You can't move the car or the trash bags, but maybe a different angle? I have no idea what other issues you might have been dealing with. Still, it is a negative.

Finally, and back to Color Efex, why choose a border that cuts off a portion of your subject (front tire)? If you want a border and the subject is that close to the frame, increase the size of the canvas instead - or skip the border all together. This is why I stopped using the Color Efex borders long ago. Borders belong outside the image - not inside of it.

Anyway, those are my thoughts.
