In post? Probably, but it will add some noise. It's tough balancing exposure when shooting into the sun. I'll see if it will respond to some dodging and post the edit later.

Ok. Here is the God Ray shot with the foreground lightened. For dodging, I screened a layer below the horizon and multiplied a separate layer in the blue portion of the sky. It lost a little detail in the left dark cloud, but needed a little more punch after the dodging. Not too sure if it is over the top.

That cloud is a little dark but I like this overall image better than the first one.
