Ahhh.....you did see I posted a flower the other day......lol Lazy and comfortable.....horrible and easy....lol

I like the shot but I have to tell ya, I don't think the pier adds much to the photo. The pier is right along the horizon line. If it wasn't there you could have a minimalist shot and draw your attention to the rocks. IMHO :sexywink:

True, but even though you keep shooting abstract macros of flowers, you still look for new creative ways to do it, like that series of blurry flowers in motion. Me, I mostly do B&W and in general of abandonments, but I'm trying to branch out a bit in terms of subjects. It's a search, essentially.

Thanks much for the feedback. The first version of this image was a portrait shot of just the rocks but I didn't think it was interesting enough. Then this one was born, and I'm still not sure why it is that it doesn't completely click. You might be onto something.

The shot evokes alot of emotion and suspense. Almost wanting the viewer to feel what it was like before. I'd be interested in seeing a colour version and looking at how people react differently to each. Very nice photo!

Thanks for the kind comment. Unfortunately, this photo was conceived as a B&W image i.e., I converted it at the very beginning of the editing process. There is no colour version.
