I will say though, backyard birding isnt easy with small birds. You really cant get close enough. Im probably going to give up on most of it until i have the money for a real telephoto (300mm +) i was using a sigma 70-200 with a 1.4x teleconverter on the bird shots

Also first 5 where shot with the sigma and the last 3 with a nikon 24-70

#1: Just make the flower off;center to have a fine image
#2: Beautiful...yet i feel the faded half flower was on the other side and the full one near to the viewer
#3,#4: If quality is not at peril, why not trim out to bring the birds look bigger and closer?
#5: loved it; hope if you could do it without flash
#6: why that tilt?
#7: bottom half is not essential; actually it takes away the quality of the image
#8: good

Regards :D

I agree with Frequency's comments, except that the raised paw in #7 seems to fit with the expression, so I would leave it as is.

#6 is probably the most interesting. The format indicates that you did some cropping. Perhaps you can straighten the original image without cutting off any of the subject.

Thanks for the comments. Yes i did a bit of cropping on the black and white on, thought i was making it better, but i see i tilted it too much.

Also the cat one i did kinda want the paw cause she was trying to get closer.

As far as the birds if i cropped any closer they probably would be much softer. I dont think small birds are for me, with my equipment
