I think it's decent.

The things I think about compositionally, after the fact, would be that you could have stepped to the left a bit, and turned right to compensate, which would have made the concrete curb a straight line that would have been nice snuggled up to the left edge. It also would put a little more space between your subject, and the person behind her head. This would have allowed more water on the right of the image, which would work beautifully. But again, that is me thinking after the fact.

It's otherwise exposed well, nicely focused, and the colors feel true.

I agree with those suggestions as it might also get that person off the back of her head that sort of bugs me. You might not see as much of her face how ever.

I really like this shot.

I love that she uses newspaper. I don't know why I just think it speaks to practicality. It seems like it could be a ritual.
