Nice shot! I'm not a big fan of landscapes in general, but I like the lines of the road and the fence, and the range of tonal values. I also like the relatively small amount of sky and might even trim the top a little to eliminate some of the brighter areas and maybe even darken the rest of the sky a bit. I think you want people's eyes to follow that road and not jump to the sky.

It's a beautiful landscape and photograph, with a B&W conversion and processing that suit it very well, but there's something that's working against it. You have two strong leading lines: the path below and the fence. Problem is, the two leading lines take the eye to different places – the path takes it where you want it to, but the fence leads the eye outside of the frame. My suggestion would be to darken the lighter parts of the fence considerably, but I'm not sure if that's going to be enough to address the issue.

Just my two cents, for what they're worth.
