Memories from long ago flooded back when I saw these tomatoes.
During WWII, I spent a lot of time with my paternal grandparents & they maintained a very large vegetable & fruit garden. I so remember going through the tomato patch sampling the many different shaped & coloured toms with grampa. I would help gramma pick currents & raspberries to sell to the grocery store. She was very strict about not eating the berries as we picked.
All seven of their children, raised through the depression, are now dead.
