I spent last weekend down in Miami, and spent some time Sunday night down in the South Beach area. I haven't done HDR in a while, but I'm pretty happy with the way these came out:

Night is a natural for HDR. These are just great.

I've actually gotten pretty poor results in the past when doing HDR at night...

My standard for night shots is "does it look like it would look to someone there at the time?" Yours do. I could niggle about the ghosts in the first one, or suggest unsharp mask to compensate for that softness that so often happens in night HDRs.

But it wouldn't make a major change in the way I saw those images.

Nah, I tend to be pretty reserved. My crazy days are 20 years behind me. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy a good time, I'm just a little more picky about where those good times happen. Besides, I only made it to South beach once, and all I was interested in doing was shooting for the couple of hours I had...
