Monitor specs. Whaddya think?

Here are the specs from a monitor I'm looking at. I really am not tech savy enough to know what I'm looking at. Any input would be great. Yes this is a lower cost monitor but does that totally eliminate it for an editing monitor? Thanks for your help.

It is not encouraging that the Specifications don't indicate what the display type is.

One thing is specs, but the other real performance... Say brand + model, because this is useless.

There is only one important spec for image editing and you didn't list it.

The panel type spec. TN film, PVA, or IPS?

But let's infer. It says 160deg viewing angle. PVA is higher than that, and IPS is 179deg. Not a good sign.
2ms grey to grey response, that sounds very much like the kind of speeds that only a TN film panel can achieve, not a good sign.
They also list their fake contrast ratio as the only figure, also not a good sign.

No this wouldn't make a very good editing monitor. Also it can't display 16.7million colours, it will process them at 8bit, then dither them, but TN panels are only 6bit.
