Moon Shot

With the weather today, my usual subjects (birds) were scarce. It has been very cold and windy today. So tonight I hauled out the tripod, the D600 and the 300 2.8 with the TC14-Eii and shot the orb.

1/400 F8 ISO 800 @420mm 70% crop. Appears the auto focus did pretty good.



Next time I'll set the timer instead of my shaky hand on the trigger.

I think it would be better with a more distant crop. When I click full size on this it's blurry a little.
