I guess I'll join in on posting some semi-domesticated birds

#1 is my favorite. I maybe would've liked to see the second bird at more of a different angle, rather than then behind him. His features are very similar to the background, and it's a little hard to see the features on his face. Just my opinion, still amazing shots!
Both are beautiful birds.

Lovely portrait of the dove!

On the Cardinal, it looks like the lower wing and base of the tail were in focus as opposed to his face though. Seeing that you used f/5.6 on that shot, try f/8 or even f/11 if there's enough light to have a bit greater DoF.

Both are nice overall though.

I like them both but I do believe #1 is a bit soft on the head of the bird.
