So how do you see that Pentax645D against Nikon D800E in quality?

They are both fantastic for quality. On screen there is very little between them apart from aspect ratio. I do actually prefer 4:3 to 3:2 in most situations. On paper, there is just a certain quality to the Pentax's files. I have taken the same shot at similar FOV and printed both at same size - A3+ and I prefer the Pentax. just something about the rendition. That being said, the Nikon is quicker and generally more practical. If I have to take one system only out with me it would be the Nikon, but I would miss the Pentax.
